1. What is personal data and processing?
Personal data is information that can be linked to you as an individual. This can include, for example, your name, address and email address, what you have purchased or your IP address when you are online.
Personal data that we process is partly information that you provide yourself when you become a customer with us or that is created when you contact us, and partly information that we obtain from other sources (e.g. SPAR, the Swedish E-Health Agency and the region, etc.) or that is collected through our websites using cookies.
Processing of personal data is everything we do with your personal data, such as collecting, storing, analyzing or transferring the data.

3. What do we use personal data for?
In order for personal data to be permitted to be processed, the data must be collected for specified and legitimate purposes. There must always be a basis in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a so-called legal basis linked to each purpose for which personal data is processed. Processing of personal data requires that the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or a contract with you. Processing may also take place after a balancing of interests or with your consent.
