Terms & Conditions
Here you will find complete terms and conditions that apply to distance shopping at Kopamedsapotek.
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to sales to private individuals from Kopamedsapotek.se, our app or by telephone. For these purchases you must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Order
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once you have received the order confirmation, no changes can be made to your order.
If you have ordered a product (that is not a prescription) that runs out before we have had time to pick your order, we will credit you with the value of the product. However, we always deliver prescription medications.
When we ship your order, we will also email you a delivery notification.
2.1 Especially about prescription goods
To be able to purchase prescription goods, you must have BankID or Freja eID and be registered in Sweden.
Prescription products can be ordered from e-prescriptions as soon as the prescription has been received by the Swedish E-Health Agency’s prescription depot.
The price of prescription goods may be adjusted after you have placed your order. See point 3 below.
2.2 Order by proxy
In order for someone else to be able to order prescription medication on your behalf or that of your minor child, they must have received a power of attorney from you. You can provide a power of attorney either by logging in to Kopamedsapotek.se or by submitting a power of attorney at a pharmacy and providing identification.
Please note that the person completing the purchase is responsible for payment to Kopamedsapotek, even if the order has been placed on behalf of another person.
3. Price
All prices are quoted including VAT. Prescription medicines are, however, exempt from VAT.
4. Payment options
We offer several payment options, such as: Bitcoin invoice payment, Paypal payment, direct payment from bank and payment with Swish.
5. Delivery
5.1 General
We will normally process your order within 24 hours, if the item is in stock. However, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery option you choose.
If the item is not in stock, delivery may take longer.
If your order contains a custom item, the custom item will be awaited and the entire order will then be shipped at the same time.
Some items must be specially ordered and the delivery time may be longer. In such cases, Kopamedsapotek will contact you by phone or email. You have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if you do not accept the proposed delivery time.
We will of course always contact you if, in exceptional cases, it turns out that the item cannot be ordered.
Delivery can only be made to addresses in Sweden.
5.2 Ordering for several people at the same time
Orders placed for multiple people during the same login session are counted as one order. The goods are packaged separately for each person but are registered in the name of the orderer. This means that you must provide the orderer’s name when you pick up the package at a pharmacy or pharmacy representative.
5.3 Transport risk
Kopamedsapotek is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during transport, from Kopamedsapotek to the specified delivery address. You as the customer are responsible for the transport risk in the event of a return to us.
5.4 Our delivery options
We offer several different delivery options, DHL, UPS, LOCAL MAILS
5.5 Right to change delivery method
If the selected delivery method proves unsuitable for the current order for various reasons, Kopamedsapotek reserves the right to change to a suitable delivery method.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal means that you can cancel your purchase within fourteen days of receiving the goods.
6.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Goods that cannot be resold to another consumer for health and hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This applies to medicines, food, ostomy products and refrigerated goods. This also applies to hygiene/intimate goods where the packaging has been broken.
Please note that you will pay for the return shipping yourself when you exercise your right of withdrawal.
7. Complaints
If a product deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and Kopamedsapotek or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the product that Kopamedsapotek has given, the product can be complained about. Only original defects are covered by the right to complain. The right to complain does not, for example, cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Kopamedsapotek must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered (reasonable time is always considered to be two months), but no later than three years. Kopamedsapotek reserves the right to first remedy the defect, secondly re-deliver the product and ultimately buy it back.
7.1 Return
You can complain about the product at one of our pharmacies. Bring the delivery note when returning it to the store.
You can also send the return by post. In that case, always contact Kopamedsapotek’s Customer Service before returning and we will send you a return shipping label. Kopamedsapotek is responsible for the shipping.
8. Refund
In the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint, you have the right to receive your money back within fourteen days of Kopamedsapotek receiving the return or complaint.
You will receive your money back through the same payment method you used for the purchase. If the purchase was made by card, the refund will be made to the same card you previously used for the purchase (cash to cash, card to the same card).
9. If you don’t pick up your order
Kopamedsapotek has the right to charge a handling fee for goods that are not collected. The fee is SEK 150. To avoid this handling fee, you must collect your order, even if you want to use your right of withdrawal according to point 6. It is not enough to simply leave the package lying around .
Delivered orders remain for two weeks at local pharmacies and pharmacy representatives and one week at the Post Office delivery point. For other carriers, see the terms and conditions for each carrier upon notification.
9.1 Especially about prescription drugs
All medicines returned to Kopamedsapotek must be destroyed and may not be sold again. This means that if you have not collected your order of a prescription product within the specified time and wish to have a new prescription product, you will be required to make a new prescription withdrawal. You will then have to pay for both the uncollected order and the new withdrawal.
